She specializes in leading distributed teams, building strong client partnerships, managing tasks, resources, and timelines, and creating and optimizing processes. Her day-to-day work is about connecting people, tools, and goals — with a strong focus on transparency, agility, and client needs.

Magda holds Scrum Product Owner (SPOC) and AgilePM certifications, but values a practical mindset: solving problems fast, adapting methods to the situation, and keeping communication clear.
